O'Quigley
From Anecdotes about Eighteen Century Authors

Father O'Coighly, or O'Quigley, an Irish priest, was arrested at Margate as he was leaving for France. In his pocket was found a paper urging the French to invade England. He was found guilty of high treason, and hanged on 7 June 1798.
